- If the flight attendant’s contract is terminated, the flight attendant must return the uniform paid by the company for them.
- If the flight attendant uniform gets damaged while on duty, the company will replace or repair the item at all costs provided that it is not because of the flight attendant’s negligence.
- The company offers a maternity uniform for pregnant female flight attendants, consisting of pants, dresses, blouses, and an overcoat. If not returned to the committee, the cost will be automatically deducted from the flight attendant’s final paycheck.
- The company will provide a footwear allowance for full-time flight attendants and seasonal or part-time flight attendants. The amount given to the full-time cabin crew member is $250.00 in footwear allowance every year and $125.00 for the part-time flight attendant for the purchase of the said airline-approved footwear.
- The company will provide each full-time flight attendant with an allowance of $40.00 per block for dry cleaning.
- The cost of other accessory items will be paid by the flight attendant.
- The flight attendants are obliged to use the updated approved company uniform.
