Flight Attendant Interview Questions and Answers

As the airline industry has grown in recent years, the demand for flight attendants has increased as well. Answer: I would first try to make visual or physical cues to convey what I was trying to say. If necessary, I would try to find a fellow crew member or use technology to help communicate with the passenger.
9. How do you deal with a passenger who is overly demanding or entitled?
Answer: I would make sure to listen and empathize with the passenger’s needs while remaining professional and firm in enforcing any airline protocols or regulations.

Answer: I would take the feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve my skills and service for next time.
11. Have you ever had to make a difficult decision on the job? How did you approach it?
Answer: Yes, I had to make a decision regarding a customer complaint where an item was missing.
