List of Requirements and Qualifications to Become a HiSky Cabin Crew

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your height must be at least 165 cm.
  • You must be at least a High School graduate.
  • Body weight and height should be proportional.
  • You must be communicable, accountable, dedicated, and capable of working in a team adaptability in unusual settings.
  • Higher education is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (B2).
  • Tattoos in visible places are prohibited, including cosmetic tattoos on the face.
  • The EASA license is a significant benefit.
  • You must be physically and mentally healthy.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and assist travelers in ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Make an inspection before and after take-off.
  • Greet passengers and communicate in a very professional way.
  • Assist passengers in finding their seats.
  • Serve food and refreshments.
  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Demo safety devices and instruct passengers on how to use them.
  • Cabins and common areas must be monitored, managed, protected and kept clean at all times.
  • When an incident occurs, assist customers and flight personnel.
  • Create flight reports.
  • Check if each passenger do the safety recommendations you’ve provided.

Application Process

Step 1: Go to HiSky official website https://hisky.aero/en/.

Step 2: Scroll down, and at the bottom part of the website under “ABOUT HISKY”, you will see the “CAREER” option. Click on it and you will be redirected to the hiring posts by the airline.

Step 3: The airline will not ask you to fill up any application form at first. You just need to provide a CV or resume and pictures first. This is your first chance to show your skills. Make sure to attach a professional and updated Resume or CV.

Step 4: To start your application, you should send your CV and three clear photos (standing: (1) front, (2) side, and (3) shoulder-length) to crewapplication@hisky.aero.

Step 5: Keep your lines up and wait for a representative from the airline to contact you. Because airlines receive hundreds of thousands of applications for each job posting, online application processing may take some time. So be patient and get ready for the next stage.

Step 6:  The next stage will be preliminary interview and other assessment processes. Make sure to dress professionally and comfortably as this part of the recruitment stage can be long and intense due to the different selection processes.

Step 7: After passing all stages of the recruitment process, you will be invited to join the HiSky flight attendant training program. This can last up to 2 months with both classroom and practical training exercises to prepare you for the job. Only after completing and passing all exams, both theoretical and practical, can you finally acquire your flight attendant license and be ready for your next flight.
